Yoga and Meditation
It is amazing what can shift and transform from within when we allow ourselves the time to pause, connect, get curious and move mindfully.
Yoga and meditation have had profound impacts on my healing journey and overall life. Both practices have ebbed and flowed during different phases. It has supported my process of acknowledging and befriending the present without judgment and criticism. Additionally, it has aided in my body acceptance and ability to tap into what is happening in my internal world.
I offer in- home privates and group sessions, and studio classes. Styles range from restorative and meditation to power vinyasa and HIIT training flows. Throughout the year, I like to offer pop-up classes as well as backyard yoga with a live DJ!
All levels and all bodies are welcome.
