I am a National Academy of Science Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer. My goal with personal training is to empower and encourage individuals to feel strong and connected to their bodies. I specialize with individuals looking to create a solid foundation to build upon, increase physical strength, and to foster a strengthened mind-body connection. I strive to incorporate intuitive movement in my trainings to support acknowledging where the individual is at. It encourages mind-body connection while increasing strength. I set up clients with a solid foundation to feel confident in their ability to progress. My approach does not include the scale or measurements, as I stand by everyone’s right to pursue health in personally meaningful ways, no matter one’s size. I also follow an intuitive eating and movement approach.

I have been continuing my education learning Yoga Synergy, body readings, and spacial mobility.

All bodies and all levels are welcome.

Fees

INITIAL 20-MINUTE PHONE CONSULTATION: COMPLIMENTARY

1:1 PRIVATE 60-MINUTE SESSIONS (in person or virtual)

  • 1-session (drop in): $150

  • 5-session package: $750 to be used in 8 weeks from first session

  • 10-session package: $1450 to be used in 12 weeks from first session

 CUSTOMIZED WRITTEN WORKOUTS

$450 total, which includes: 

  • 1 60-min session reviewing exercises, safety, and form

  • 4 15-min educational touch-points to discuss movement plan and address brief questions

  • 4 written workouts (estimated to take 45-60 minutes each)

 GROUP SESSIONS (3 people max, 6o- minute sessions)

  • Two people: $200/$100 per person

  • Three people: $240/$80 per person
