Studio Classes

 

EXOS AT ADIDAS, PORTLAND CAMPUS

I teach Vinyasa and Strength + Flow classes for Exos at Adidas. I sub Mindful Movement, Restorative Yoga, and Power Vinyasa.

Vinyasa classes link movement to breath, with a continuous flow. They range from 45-60 minutes and include ways to take more advanced postures and ways to scale back.

Strength + Flow is a HITT class with a hybrid of vinyasa, body weight strength exercises, and cardio to upbeat music. I encourage participants to meet their bodies where they are while I offer opportunities to modify or intensify. It is a fun way to break a sweat, build strength, increase cardiovascular endurance, and be a part of a wonderful community!

I strive for my classes to feel all-inclusive. Body positivity, with a health at every size (HAES) approach, is highly encouraged and honoring where each individual is. There is space to follow suggestions while also listening to what comes up for the individual.

Yoga to You PDX

I teach yoga and movement classes for Yoga to You PDX which is a women-owned mobile yoga and movement studio. Yoga to You strives for their offerings to feel accessible to every individual and body type. From warehouses to wineries, they provide the props, the teacher, and the ease of bringing the studio to you.

I have taught for workplace wellness programs, conferences, bachelorette parties, and team building sessions.

NOW YOGA PDX, Williams location

I sub Vinyasa, Strength + Flow, and Restorative yoga at Now Yoga on Williams. If you are new to the studio, please message me and I would be happy to provide you with a free guest pass to my class!
